Description
The Fieldpiece TC24 Temperature Clamp (Pipe-Clamp Thermocouple) is designed to take quick and accurate temperature measurements on pipes ranging from 3/8″ to 1-3/8″ in diameter. It is ideal for HVAC/R applications, such as measuring temperatures for superheat or subcooling in residential and light commercial cooling systems. The clamp features a K-type thermocouple for precise measurements, connecting to any thermometer that accepts a K-type thermocouple jack.
Its large clamping force ensures reliable contact with the pipe, even in challenging conditions, and the sensor reads the true pipe temperature within 30 seconds, thanks to its insulation from ambient conditions. The durable construction makes it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use in high-heat or windy environments.
