I went in to get a new capacitor and possibly a new condenser fan motor. Chrystal greeted us as soon as we came inside and got right to it. It is very refreshing to see that real customer service still exists. She listened to my description of the issue and showed me exactly what was causing it. I knew then that I'd come to the right place. Her professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness cannot be matched. Forget every place else. If you need honest advice and good parts at a truly reasonable price, look no further than Open To Public HVAC.

I had my hamster wheel break in half and my wife started doing the repairs on it she got the fan out and was told by a different retailer to replace the motor which that was not the problem. She called open to public about the hamster wheel. They said they had one. She also took the entire housing for the motor and wheel into the store where Matt bench tested the old motor said maybe 10 years maybe not at that time we decided to just upgrade the motor. Matt replaced the motor and the wheel and tuned it all to the housing and set up wires where the install was very easy. My wife got it all installed and I appreciate everything this company did to help us. Next time I’m starting here so thank you guys very much

Blown away by the support and price. I purchased a condenser motor to repair my AC system and they helped me find the exact unit at a fair price. Then they told me about possible challenges to expect during installation, how to deal with them and prepared the motor in advance, pointing out the exact steps to install it successfully. I was extremely impressed and saved myself hundreds of dollars that I would have spent had I called an AC repair service.

I’m a DIY homeowner. I thought my HVAC had a bad capacitor and brought it in for replacement. Matt tested it and determined it was still functioning. I described my issue and showed him a video of the sound my HVAC was making. He thought it might be the fan and looked up what parts they had in stock. He had the part he thought it was but model numbers were slightly off.I made a quick trip home, pulled the fan/motor/housing out and took it back up there. Matt took one look and verified that the issue was what he thought it was. He compared the parts and sizes and offered to help me install it in store. The shop had all the tools and bench testing equipment onsite. After a quick part swap and testing of the motor Matt confirmed everything was working as intended. He gave some guidance on the motor as well and said that it’s not ready for replacement yet but might be in a few years and what to listen and watch for.Matt did all this while serving 4-5 other customers and taking phone orders and running the store by himself on a Saturday morning. It’s not everyday you find a shop willing to give you advice, show you what the issue is and offer up remedies, especially if you aren’t a contractor or professional. I highly recommend this place and will be back for any future HVAC needs.

My condenser motor went out. On a Saturday morning. I drove down to the store. Talked to the owner on the way in. Part was ready. They color coded the wires so I knew what to connect and provided all the pieces including zip ties and wore nuts. All at an extremely reasonable price.I cannot say enough about their customer support and friendliness. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE.Don't got anywhere else
