If your inducer motor is making a loud humming or grinding noise, it’s failing. Bring in the old motor or the model number from your furnace — inducer motors are unit-specific.

Description
The draft inducer motor assembly pulls combustion gases out of your furnace and vents them safely outside. If your York furnace won’t ignite, shows a pressure switch error, or the inducer is noisy or won’t start, this complete assembly is the replacement.
Specs: 115V, 1/35 HP, 3000 RPM, clockwise rotation. Fasco A156/A226.
