Description
Pipe insulation wraps around copper refrigerant lines and water pipes to prevent condensation (sweating) and reduce energy loss. If you see water dripping from bare copper lines in your attic or closet, adding insulation stops the drip and improves system efficiency. This 3/4″ wall thickness is the standard for most residential AC line sets.
