Always match the MFD value exactly. Voltage can be equal or higher (440V replaces 370V) but never lower. Round and oval are interchangeable if the MFD and voltage match.

Description
If your AC won’t start, hums but doesn’t kick on, or runs but won’t cool, a bad capacitor is the most common cause. This 10+10 MFD dual cap runs two separate motors from one unit. Common in heat pumps and package units. Replace if either motor struggles to start.
