Return Policy
We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations. However, due to the nature of certain items, our return policy is as follows:
Return Timeframe: To initiate a return, please ensure that it is completed within 14 days of your original purchase date.
No Returns or Cancellations: Returns or cancellations are not permitted for electrical components, special orders, discounted items, or installed parts.
Return Fees: A minimum return fee of 20% will be applied to all eligible returns. This fee helps cover restocking and administrative costs.
Management Discretion: All returns are subject to the discretion of our management team, who will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.
Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on balanced parts (such as blower wheels and fan blades), expansion valves (TXVs), commercial grilles/registers, or tools.

Warranty Guidelines
